If you think your usage falls somewhere in between two cell plan blocks, think wisely and pick the plan with more minutes, because overtime minutes are more expensive and can add a large sum to your cell bill.
If you're the type of user that uses cell only on evenings and weekends, then you should avail of the cell plan called off-peak or also known as "night and weekend" minutes.
